Warranty
Holmes Building Systems offers a one-year warranty on systems-built components for workmanship and product defects.
Manufacturing defects must be reported to Holmes Building Systems within 12 months after original retail delivery date. Misuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations, contractor additions or modifications to Holmes workmanship or materials are excluded from the Holmes Building Systems one-year warranty.
Holmes Building Systems, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that, if any part manufactured by Holmes Building Systems, LLC fails within one (1) year from the date of original delivery to the original retail purchaser by an authorized Builder because of a defect in material or workmanship supplied by Holmes Building Systems, LLC, the part will be repaired or replaced without charge for either parts or labor.
If there is an issue that is covered by this warranty, contact your Builder and provide all information necessary to determine what warranty service is required. If your warranty problem is not resolved to your satisfaction by your Builder, write Holmes Building Systems, LLC, providing a complete description of the problem.
Please consult with your Builder for any additional information about warranty terms and conditions for your new home. The communication of issues from the homeowner must come from the Builder where the homeowner purchased the home. Holmes Building Systems is not a party in the contractual sale of the home to the Homeowner so any representations about warranty other than those listed in the homeowner’s manual are solely the responsibility of the Builder. All communications and inquiries regarding the home should be directed to the authorized builder where the purchase was made. The authorized Holmes Building Systems builder can then contact Holmes Building Systems with any questions for which they need answers and respond back to the customer accordingly.

Insurance-backed coverage for qualifying structural defects to load-bearing components.
Insurance-backed coverage, starting the day the home closes, for qualified structural defects. Damage to the load-bearing elements, affected surfaces and finishes of the home resulting from subcontractor error, material failure or soil movement, includig settlement.
